Clothing 

All clothing items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. To return, the item[s] need to be in new condition, never worn and without damages. Our return policy does not include free return shipping, so you will be able to use the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) of your choice.

To process a return, click here! You will need to have the email address you used when checking out, along with your order # for processing.

Mugs

All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted. 

If your mug arrives and it is damaged or defective please submit a return request (as a damaged item) and we will happily assist in resolving the issue. 

Planners + Journals

All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted. 

If your planner arrives and it is damaged or defective please contact us and we will happily assist in resolving the issue. 

To be eligible for a return on eligible merchandise, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To begin your return, please follow the steps within our Returns portal and you will receive further information on the next steps.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Shop@livinginyellow.com. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace certain items if they are defective or damaged, because our inventory is frequently changing.

Shipping 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item to be returned, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is not delivered to us by the carrier you've used.
