Clothing, Bags & Accessories

All clothing, bags, and accessory items are eligible for return within 30 days of fulfillment. To return, the item[s] need to be in new condition, with tags, never worn and without damages. Our return policy offers flat rate $6.95 return shipping via USPS, which can be dropped off at your local post office upon receiving the emailed return label. 

All returns must be received by Living in Yellow within 14 days of return approval for return to be processed and refund or exchange to be accepted.

**Items sold as FINAL SALE are not eligible to be returned**

***Our Holiday return policy increases to include anything purchased after November 1st is eligible for return through January 31st of the following year to allow adequate time for gift recipients to determine whether a return/exchange is needed.***

Planners + Journals

All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted on our stationary items. 

If your planner arrives and it is damaged or defective please contact us or click here to request a return for a damaged item and we will happily assist in resolving the issue. 

To be eligible for a return on any eligible merchandise, your item must be unused, with tags (when applicable) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 business days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
Exchanges can be processed through our return portal for the same item (different color or size) through our return portal. You may process an exchange as long as the replacement item has inventory available. In some cases, we only replace certain items if they are defective or damaged (Planners, Journals, Notepads) because our inventory is frequently changing.


We offer free shipping site wide domestically (excluding AK & HI) unless otherwise noted.
